Red Wines

NEW RELEASE FOR 9/4 Proprietors Red Reserve

Proprietors Red Reserve : This peppery, tart dry wine is a very nice, extremely dark, red that reflects the earthy tones of our vineyard floor with all sorts of tobacco and leather thrown in supported by very nice smooth French oak.

Howling Timbers: This blended red takes two of our 2006 wines that have been resting in oak for three years and makes the perfect wine for those who prefer a fuller bodied red with their grilled meats. Purchase this bottle and help support Lakota Wolf preserve in the backyard of the winery.

Merlot : This Merlot is fermented in stainless steel with heavily toasted French oak chips added. The chips add a nice smokey nose and allow the fruit to still stand out.

Red Zinfandel: This Brook Hollow Wine lover favorite is a great wine full of fruit flavor. Our Zin is a light somewhat spicy wine with a hint of dark cherries on the finish.

Chambourcin Reserve: This is the NEW 2006 vintage just released! It has been tucked away mellowing in oak for three years and is now ready! Very nice cherry taste with just a subtle hint of raspberry.  This goes great with extra dark chocolate! Stop in the winery and we will show you just how good the two are. 

Chancellor: This is a very nice red wine aged in oak with gentle flavors of plum and cedar with incredible color.


White Wines

Gewürztraminer:This newly released wine is packed with very nice fruit and finishes sweet. It is a great wine for summer drinking or with spicy food!

Vidal Blanc: This is a new wine for us and is packed with fruit flavor! You will taste pineapple, apricot and tangerine in this smooth finisher.

Cayuga White: This young refreshing new release is finished dry and is packed with citrus flavors!

Non-Grape Fruit Wines

Red Raspberry: This DRY wine is incredible with a nose bursting with Raspberry flavor followed by a delicate taste!

Cranberry:   This is our newly released cranberry wine with even more cranberry flavor than our previous vintage.Our cranberry wine is known all over and is one of our most popular fruit wines. This wine has just the right amount of sweetness paired with a tart cranberry finish.
